  • What should I bring on board?
    We recommend that all our customers bring a beach towel and sunscreen. Rock shoes and a hat could be useful, but not essential.
    If you like snorkeling you can bring your own equipment or use a mask and snorkel, regularly sanitized, that Egadi Boating makes available to its customers.
  • Are there any shaded areas on board?
    Our boats are all equipped with awnings that shelter about 50% of the spaces from the sun, so you can choose between tanning and cool at any time of the day.
  • Is lunch offered on board?
    For safety and hygiene reasons we do not offer lunch during our excursions. However, we have agreements with various bar & restaurant on the islands of Favignana and Levanzo so that you can choose what suits you best. During our tours the captain will offer fresh fruit and a large selection of drinks.
  • In case of bad weather, how do you manage the booking?
    If the sea conditions do not guarantee the safety of our customers, we will cancel the tour. Customers will be given the free choice to postpone the excursion or have the amount paid refunded.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We guarantee free cancellation and full refund within seven days prior to the date of the excursion, whatever the reason for the cancellation. However, you can change the date of the excursion, subject to availability, within the three days before it. In all other cases no refund will be made.
  • Can I bring my dog on board?
    Out of respect for all guests on board, small dogs accepted only with the exclusive tour formula. The owner will be responsible for any damage caused to the boat.
  • How long are the stops at each step of the tour?
    Each stop lasts about 40 minutes, during which it will be possible to bathe and swim to the shore.
  • Is fuel included in the price?
    Fuel is included in the price in all our tours. In the case of an exclusive tour, any unscheduled stop requested by the customer will be calculated separately with specific instruments.
  • Is the tour suitable for children?
    Our tours are comfortable and safe, and we also recommend them to our youngest guests.
  • How can I make a reservation?
    For some services, booking is activated with online payment, immediate confirmation and electronic voucher issue. For all other services, please write or call us.
  • Where can I park the car?
    In the external area adjacent to our boarding point there are numerous spaces for free parking or with a rate of € 0.10 per hour. We recommend that you arrive no later than 9:30 am to be able to find parking more easily.
  • Is there a toilet on board?
    In some of our boats there is a toilet on board.
  • What is the average age of the guests present?
    In the case of several vehicles involved in the same type of tour, we tend to divide the groups according to age.
  • Is it possible to pay via POS?
    In case of payment on the spot on the day of the excursion, it is possible to pay with the Visa MasterCard and PagoBancomat circuits.
  • Is the tour also suitable for those who are not experienced swimmers?
    Yes. On board we have life jackets and buoyancy aids, so that everyone can enjoy a swim in safety.
